Refund Policy for Dedicated Talent Hockey Academy: At Dedicated Talent Hockey Academy, we strive to provide exceptional training and experiences for our participants. We understand that circumstances may arise which require a refund of fees paid for our programs. Refund Policy for Dedicated Talent Hockey Academy At Dedicated Talent Hockey Academy, we strive to offer an exceptional training experience. We understand that plans may change, and we want to ensure that our refund policy is clear and fair. Refund Eligibility: Refunds Outside of 30 Days: A refund may be requested only if the cancellation is made outside of 30 days from the start date of the program or session. Any requests made within 30 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund. Condition of Spot Being Filled: If a refund request is made within the 30-day period, a refund may still be granted only if your spot can be filled by another participant. If your spot is successfully filled, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the program, minus any applicable transaction fees. Non-Refundable Fees: Any non-refundable processing or administrative fees are excluded from the refund and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be made in writing via email to Dustin Timm, timm@DTHockeyAcademy.com. Include your full name, program details, and reason for cancellation. Please Note: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after your request is approved, provided all conditions are met. Dedicated Talent Hockey Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be communicated to participants in advance.
